Fresno State schedules a home-and-home with Utah in 2014, 2015

Russ Isabella-US PRESSWIRE

Fresno State will play Utah in the 2014 and 2015 seasons, the 2015 game is a home contest for Fresno State.

On Thursday, the Fresno St. Bulldogs have agreed to play the Utah Utes in a home-and-home for the 2014 and 2015 season. There has not been an announced, but the pair of games are listed on Utah's future schedule page on its official website.

The last time these two teams faced each other was in the 1999 Las Vegas Bowl where Utah won 17-16, and in the series history Fresno State is 4-5 against Utah.

The 2014 game will be in Salt Lake City and be played on Sept. 6, while the 2015 home game will be played on Sept. 19. The non-conference schedule for Fresno State is brutal, it starts with a road game at USC, followed by Utah, then a home game with Nebraska the following week and the final non-conference game is still be determined.

With Fresno State breaking in a new starting quarterback in 2014, that will make things extremely difficult, with a possible 0-3 start that year.

The 2015 non-conference schedule has just one other game already scheduled, and that is a road game against Ole Miss.
