In honor of Veterans Day, San Diego State will be wearing camouflage uniforms when they take on Syracuse on the USS Midway.

File this under not surprised: Nike has decided to make custom camouflage jerseys for the eight teams participating in military themed events, and this includes San Diego State playing Syracuse on the USS MIdway. The other games that are taking part in this are Michigan State-Connecticut in Ramstein Air Base in Germany; Florida-Georgetown in Jacksonville; and Ohio State-Marquette in Charleston, S.C.

These uniforms should be a hit, and were very popular last year. Here are photos of UNC and Michigan State uniforms from their 2011 game which also was on the USS Midway. Each team gave away their jersey's to members of the armed forces, but UNC's John Henson's jersey that he gave away ended up on eBay; the item was ultimately pulled.

Expect for Syracuse to be wearing an orange cameo uniforms with San Diego State being a white camouflage look for this matchup.

The game tips at 8 p.m. ET and will be seen nationally on Fox Sports Net.
