UPDATE: Looks like it was an error, and now Fresno State is listed as the favorite.

Near the end of the week, we post the betting lines for each Mountain West games, but now we are going to introduce the early lines. The main reason to start this type of post this week is because the New Mexico Lobos opened up as a 13.5-point favorite over the Fresno St. Bulldogs.

It has since quickly dropped since it opened, originally thought this as a misprint but I checked multiple websites.

The line is quickly dropping and as of this writing. New Mexico is at home, but really? Perhaps someone is taking too much stalk into Kasey Carrier's huge 338-yard rushing performance against Air Force last week.

This could be an error, because as I type on the same Las Vegas Insider page mentioned above, they just added the Wynn line on the game and it has Fresno as an 11-point favorite.

However, Odd Shark still has this game as an 11-point favorite for New Mexico. So, get those bets in with those places that have Fresno as a double-digit underdog. Additionally, Covers has New Mexico as an 11-point favorite, and Betonline.ag currently has New Mexico as a nine-point favorite.

We will keep an eye on this throughout the next few days.
