Nevada to make some changes at Mackey Stadium in an effort to boost attendence

It's basically a collection of small tweaks, such as changes to concessions, implementing print-at-home ticketing, removing the tarp covering the fence surrounding the field, and allowing fans to take the caps with them when they purchase bottles of water. Also there are, as of now, no WAC ESPN games scheduled featuring the Pack (thanks Karl!) which should slightly help game attendance.
