The media just released their projected order of finish and to no one's surprise Boise State is the overwhelming favorite by garnering 28 of the 31 votes. The other three went to TCU. Air Force and San Diego State can be interchangeable at the third spot. The only minor surprise is New Mexico being last, that is not a surprise by me but looking at the preview magazines and online most had New Mexico seventh and UNLV eighth.
