Former TCU Star Jerry Hughes Arrested Along With Two Former TCU Teammates
The NFL lockout has left a lot of NFL players with some free time, and when young millionaire athletes have free time that usually leads to some trouble. That is the case as former TCU and current Indianapolis Colt Jerry Hughes as he was arrested for public intoxication along with Stephen Hodge who is a former Dallas Cowboy and Horned Frog then finally current TCU senior Cory Grant.
The trio was out at a nightclub well past midnight in the Dallas area when they were arrested:
The three athletes were taken into custody at The Bank nightclub, 1313 Main Street, for public intoxication at around 2:30 a.m.
Police say officers working nearby noticed a disturbance in the nearby nightclub and saw it continue outside on the sidewalk. The men were taken to the City Detention Center.
Hughes is the one with the real trouble here since he had a terrible first season with the Colts where he saw action in 12 games with only six tackles.

Public Intoxication...meh.
I’m pretty sure a good 90% of everyone else in the area was intoxicated, they just hadn’t walked outside yet.

As for Grant, he most likely will be getting some punishment from Gary Patterson shortly.
Not much GP can do to him anymore. He was a senior this season.
