Dantley Walker signs Letter of Intent to play basketball at UNLV

Official Release: The UNLV men's basketball program received a signed national letter of intent from Dantley Walker to enroll at UNLV and play for the Runnin' Rebels, head coach Dave Rice announced Thursday. Walker plans to serve a two-year LDS mission and enroll at the school in the fall of 2013. "We are excited to add Dantley to our program," Rice said. "He had a terrific high school career. It is well-documented that he is an explosive scorer, but what is equally impressive are his assist numbers. In addition to his offensive stats, he was part of a winning program at Lincoln County High School. We look forward to him being on our roster in two years after he serves his mission."
