Sometimes BCS has to do what BCS has to do. That is to mark the line between good and wrong and give some directives to follow. If some are following various financial schemes to hide their funding, spending and others then BCS must apply fines to them, bijuterii argint remarked. These fines are to the future good of Fiesta Bowl.
