The Air Force Falcons, BYU Cougars, Colorado St. Rams, UNLV Rebels and New Mexico Lobos had no players taken in the draft.

- Alex Green, Hawai'i RB, 96th pick to Green Bay Packers
- Greg Salas, Hawai'i WR, 115th pick to St. Louis Rams
- Chris Prosinski, Wyoming DB, 121st pick to Jacksonville Jaguars
- Kealoha Pilares, Hawai'i WR, 132nd pick to Carolina Panthers
- Marcus Cannon, TCU OT, 138th pick to New England Patriots
- Brandon Burton, Utah DB, 139th pick to Minnesota Vikings
- Jeremy Kerley, TCU WR/KR/PR, 153rd pick to New York Jets
- Chris Carter, Fresno State DE, 162nd pick to Pittsburgh Steelers
- Caleb Schlauderaf, Utah OL, 179th pick to Green Bay Packers
