Trent Dilfer and Mel Kiper sure seem to think so.  I see him more as an early to mid 2nd rounder simply because he doesn't have elite measureables or athleticism, and that his skill set is better tailored for the west-coast offense.  Though I do think Dalton's intangibles as a leader will make it tempting for a team to try to trade up and scoop him up late in the 1st round.  Personally I hope that Andy gets drafted by a team that has an established veteran QB so he can learn the ropes and not be thrown into the fire right away, similar to Aaron Rodgers or a Kevin Kolb.  When do you think Dalton gets drafted?
