UNLV baseball was picked by the media to finish 5th in the Mountain West this season. That means that either Maine is really bad, or UNLV is better than 5th in the Mountain West. The Rebel baseball team swept a four game series against the Black Bears over the past couple of days. The Rebels won 12-4, 15-14, 16-11 and 8-2 over a series that started Friday night.
UNLV plays another series at home against Central Michigan starting next Friday.
