The latest college basketball AP poll is out and there are now three Mountain West teams gaining consideration with the New Mexico Lobos receiving 34 points, the UNLV Running Rebels gaining nine points and the San Diego St. Aztecs getting three points.
San Diego State has the best chance to move into the rankings when travel to Waco, Texas to take on the No. 11 Baylor Bears in part of the 24-hour hoops marathon on ESPN.
