University of New Mexico could soon have a new head football coach. University of North Alabama's Terry Bowden is considering the job. Bowden coached the Auburn Tigers from 1993 until 1998 and took the Tigers to an astounding 47-16-1 record and three bowl games. During his three year tenure at North Alabama, Bowden has taken the NCAA Division II North Alabama Lions (7-2) to a 20-6 record.
