Mountain West, CUSA, and Big East Considering Super Conference?

The Boston Globe is reporting that the Big East is considering a plan that would create a nation-wide football conference that would include between 28 and 32 teams in four divisions from the Mountain West Conference, Conference USA as well as the Big East.
