If College Football Has A Playoff: No. 11 Virginia Tech At No. 3 TCU

Stay connected for news and updates

Boise State came out in force and upset Oregon in the fan vote and it would be a great game had the two were able to meet again for the third straight year.

The latest matchup brings us Virginia Tech against TCU in what should be a good matchup, well unless you look at what happened to Tech in the Orange Bowl. What is Sports predicts TCU winning 39-23. In the simulation TCU's defense was able to slow down the running ability of Hokie quarterback Tyrrod Taylor, but that could not be said with Darren Evans who ran for 120 yards on only 14 carries with two scores.

However, TCU was able to force Virginia Tech into three field goals instead of touchdowns which was the ultimate factor in TCU winning this game.

Now, it is time for the viewers to vote in this matchup to see who advances. Each matchup will be posted at 10 a.m. mountain time and lasts for 24 hours, so spread the word and vote. Also, discuss how this matchup may turn out if actually played.
