NCAA Basketball Rankings: San Diego State, BYU Still In The Top 10

After a big week of Mountain West basketball where BYU defeated then-unbeaten San Diego State and then New Mexico was able to upset BYU. The performance by New Mexico was what was expected prior to the season, and up until they beat BYU they were an underachieving team.

Also, I have no issue with San Diego State staying ahead of BYU since the Cougars loss was to an average New Mexico team while San Diego State blew out Wyoming on the road.

UNLV is also receiving some votes in both both polls
