Predicting The Season: Air Force @ San Diego State

Air Force has had a winning season in the last 3 seasons and will be looking to continue that success. Many have predicted that Air Force finally crack the top 3 in the MWC. BYU is expected to have a down season and it looks like the Falcons could take over that spot.

San Diego State had a relatively good season last year in Brady Hoke's first year, but this year many are expecting the Aztecs to go bowling. Last season's 4-8 campaign could have been a bowl season if they had won a couple of close games. This season, they have All-MWC first team wide receiver Vincent Brown and a 3,500 yard passer in Ryan Lindley.

San Diego State should have winning season this year, but this shouldn't be one of those wins. Air Force's defense is stout and SDSU's isn't. Air Force's offense should be able to score enough points to be a pesky Aztec squad.

San Diego State is ranked 91st while Air Force is ranked 42nd in the Sporting News top 100. This game has a 5:00 P.M. PT kick and will be televised on CBS College and CBS College HD.
