Predicting The Season: San Diego State @ Missouri

Stay connected for news and updates

This is an intriguing inter-sectional matchup between these squads.  Missouri looks to be a fringe top 25 team during the season, and the only real contender to Nebraska in the North.  The Tigers will pass a lot and San Diego State does have experience in the Mountain West with teams that throw a bunch.  San Diego State's pass defense was just above the 50 percent mark nationally and are just an average pass defense team.

On the flip side the Aztecs also have a solid passing game with QB Ryan LIndley to receivers Vincent Brown, so expect this game to highlight some good passing and a lot of yards.

San Diego State will at least cause a minor scare to the Tigers, but a win on the road against a solid Big XII team seems a bit much to ask for the Aztecs.

San Diego State is 93rd while Missouri is 33rd in the Sporting News top 100. This game has not kick off time set or if it will be on television at all.   The Big XII assigns times and tv assignments usually the Monday prior to kick. If it is on tv it will be on Fox Sports.

Voting lasts 24 hours and will begin everyday at 11am mountain time.
