Predicting The Season: Colorado State @ Nevada
Nevada runs the WAC-ky (get it!) pistol offense that is amazingly explosive that had three 1,000 yard rushrers last year. Everyone knows what the Wolfpack would be doing but it is hard to stop and takes disciplined defenses. They will run the ball against the Rams, but Colorado State will counter with their own rushing attack as they go four deep, but they are starting a very young quarterback where it looks to be a freshman with either Pete Thomas or Nico Ranieri getting the nod.
Early prediction has the Wolfpack taking this one by being able to rush all over the Rams defesne.
Colorado State is ranked 80th while Nevada is 53rd in the Sporting News top 100. The game is currently on ESPNU and kick is at 10:30 p.m. eastern time on Saturday September 11th.
Voting lasts 24 hours and will begin everyday at 11am mountain time.

I'm hoping the Rams make this a game
Nevada is the better team, and it’s in Reno, however, I do think the talent level is getting better in Ft. Collins under Fairchild (that’s not saying much as the talent level was pretty bad under Lubick last years) and I think he’s a good coach when using that talent.
So I expect a solid CSU team. It might not translate THIS year into a lot of wins, however, I think it will translate into tough games.
As I type this right now, I think CSU is pointed in the right direction as a program.

No bias in this poll
It is completely scientific.
Like time travel. I saw the game. I know who will win. And I voted for them.
