Texas A&M Has Plenty Of Options Starting With SEC
So much news but here is something regarding Texas A&M to the SEC.
A source confirmed to SI.com late Wednesday that emissaries from the SEC initiated discussions with Texas A&M athletic director Bill Byrne months ago, and while the SEC is just one of several potential options for the Aggies, it remains an option heading into Thursday's meeting between Texas A&M and Texas officials. At the meeting, power brokers from both schools will discuss a last-ditch effort to save the Big 12, even if Nebraska's Board of Regents votes Friday to leave for the Big Ten. "It's on life support," the source said of the Big 12. "But people have come off life support before."

some goverment guy said he wants legislation to say that all the texas schools in the big 12
should stick together. i don’t see that happening. it seems college football is now more powerful than a texas congressman, a utah senator and even the president himself who said there should be a playoff. i think college football is running the country at this moment. lol.
I'm all about covering the spread and moneylines. Hell is just a word, the reality is much much worse." Event Horizon". Now remember, when things look bad and it looks like you're not gonna make it, then you gotta get mean, I mean plumb, mad dog mean. cause if you lose your head and you give up then you neither live or win. That's just the way it is. "The Outlaw Josey Wales". To protect the sheep you gotta catch the wolf, and it takes a wolf to catch a wolf. "Training Day". Rashad will beat Rua b/c it's a bad matchup for him. 2/1 odds. Josh Koscheck will dethrone Gsp and win the welterweight title. 2/1 odds on that too.

Over at BON there was this quote from Baylor, which I think you’re referencing- “It is of special importance to keep the four Big 12 schools from Texas together.”
It won’t happen, Baylor is just upset that they’re now the ones being relegated to the scrap heap of history. With the conferences solidifying it’s going to be a hard slog for the bears to get out of the gutter and back into an AQ. Couldn’tve happened to a more deserving fanbase.
they never made a bowl
In the Big XII history.
