A great interview with former BYU AD Rondo Fehlberg talks about BYU and the reasons they were not invited to the Pac-10.  One point that a commenter of someone who sent me a tweet mentioned it had the reason to do with federal grant money, and they may have been right.  Fehlberg talks about how BYU does not bring in as much federal money to the institution. The only reason that would be relevant is because the conference would share federal money, and that is a reason Utah was chosen over BYU.   Audio is from 1280 The Zone
