Aztecs Football Kicked off w/ Red & Black Game

PrintAztec football returned to Montezuma Mesa on Saturday afternoon, in the annual Red & Black spring game. The Aztec squad was divided in half and faced off in front of a crowd of 2,220 as the Black squad defeated the Red unit 10-7. Although there was not much offense, the defense was in the spotlight all game long, and looks to be their strong point going into the 2010-11 season. 619 Sports reporter Jeff Creps caught up with Aztecs Head Coach Brady Hoke and Quarterback Ryan Lindley for some post game interviews and got their take on how this season will shake out.
