Making the Rounds: 2/16/2010

A cool new site I stumbled upon a good site Left Coast Bias and they break down potential Pac-10 candidates.  Also Vanquish the Foe gathered together even more expansion rumors.

Air Force: The Falcons begin spring football this week (yay!). Five story lines for Falcon football this spring, and the offensive line needs a ton of work.

BYU: In the latest polls BYU is 16th in AP and 14th in the coaches poll. Jimmer Fredette is finalist for Oscar Robertson player of the year award.

Colorado State: Jimmer Fredette is the best player that the Rams will see all year.

New Mexico: Lobos looking to hang around to the 12th spot a while in hoops.

San Diego State: Aztecs have a new Athletic Director Jim Sterk, and believes the Aztecs are not a Pac-10 school. Sterk's goal is to get more interest in Aztec sports.

TCU: AD Chris Del Conte held a chat on the Fort Worth Stara Telegram website.

UNLV: Derrick Jasper expects to be back with the team in March. Rebels make the field in a mock NCAA tournament selection.

Utah: Former Utah hoops head coach is upset that St. Louis has canceled their charter flights, and he takes it out on local radio. Hoops team needs to find another scorer.  The lady gymnastic team is fifth in the country.

Wyoming: Cowboys announce 2010 Hall of Fame class.
