Independence Bowl, Air Force Vs. Georgia Tech Open Thread
This afternoon tilt features two teams that run the option offense which should make this game fly by pretty quickly. The big surprise this morning was about Georgia Tech quarterback Joshua Nesbitt might be playing today despite suffering a broken arm six weeks ago.
Georgia Tech also had seven players suspended for all or part of this game while Air Force should be getting fullback Jared Tew for this game, but he probably will only see limited action since he is recovering from a broken leg.

I-Bowl Rules: Must run, must go for it on 4th
Wishing Air Force was playing better.
I know
that dropped pass could have been a TD.

A local team may actually win
Rough season for sports in Colorado, but looks like Air Force may pound the ball and drain the clock out for a bowl win. Way to pick up that third down on the ground and keep it going. Following on Twitter got some free falcon stuff under #goairforce.
Any points here will give AFA the win

air force played well. mountain west conference 3-1 in bowl games. if tcu beats wisky that would be 4-1
i would say it would be 50/50 we would win bowl percentage trophy or whatever they call it. i think the MWC has three already.
Why do canadians stick together? The same reason why Chris Horodecki turned his body and face around in his first WEC fight. SB Nation's public enemy #1.
