Stay connected for news and updates

A rematch of the 2006 Fiesta Bowl takes place in the first round of the playoffs, but this time the game will be taking place at Norman, Oklahoma. What If Sports has Oklahoma gaining revenge over Boise State in a shootout, 41-40. The difference in the game was a missed 54-yard field goal by Boise State kicker Kyle Brotzman, so at least it was not a chip shot that he actually did suffer against Nevada.

This game was a showcase of two great quarterbacks as Boise's Kellen Moore threw for 476 yards and three touchdowns while Oklahoma's Landry Jones who had 434 yards, two touchdowns and a pick.

Now, it is time for the viewers to vote in this matchup to see who advances. Each matchup will be posted at 10 a.m. mountain time and lasts for 24 hours, so spread the word and vote. Also, discuss how this matchup may turn out if actually played.
