Why is he keeping the criteria a secret?
I thought he was keeping it a secret because it didn’t really exist, but his comment suggests it does. So I have no idea what he’s playing at.
It exists
At the bottom of the page at This link is the publically avaiable information on the process. This information has been fairly unchanged since 2008, though its web location has moved recently as ESPN has taken control of the web site.

The wegith of each is an issue
Which is why this is an interesting topic. They have said the weight is private but with us he said they are equal?
What does equal mean?
Are the raw scores averaged? Are they normalized to account for variations? Are the conferences arranged 1-11 and this number used for each?
Each could be called equal weighting but would generate very different results.

Equal means whatever method necessary to keep the MWC from getting the bid.
Does that answer your question? The method used will be the one that puts MWC at #7 in every category and below the AQ standard.
