TCU Snags a First Place Vote in the Harris Poll

There is some good news after TCU's romp over Utah: the release of the weekly 100 plus voters who sometimes vote teams in position for the BCS.  The Horned Frogs did gain 55 points in the polls and gain some ground on the top three, but not enough to make a dent to pass unless one of them lose.  However, they create a little space between them and Cincinnati.

The difference in points last week was 47 points and this week it expanded to 130.  While that is good now Cincy still has the chance to catch TCU (which only would be important if a BCS title berth is on the line) with games against top 10 Pittsburgh to boost their standings.

BYU moves up to 18 from 21 after they squeezed by New Mexico, and then Utah dropped to 21 after their beatdown by TCU.

not sure where to look

Some voters realese their votes. But reall can not blame them. It is more reasonable then the voter who put no.1 when they were hanging around the 8 spot.

I think Texas is better than Florida or Alabama

SEC is overrated

florida is very over-rated. i don't care that they have a 20 game win streak

that one play vs south carolina was the game. garcia puts a little less zip on the ball and wr catches it or it does not bounce up like it did so florida player could intercept it and return to 5 yard line of s.c that was the gamebreaker. plus for the first time i saw tim tebow not being able to move the pile. he even lost yardage on i counted 4 occasions. might be lingering effects of concussion. he is not the same player. tcu defense is better than s.c.
