Breaking News: Utah's Sean Smith Declares for NFL Draft

ESPN is reporting that he is declaring for the NFL draft. Not much of a surprise since Smith is expected to be a late first round or early second round draft pick. Smith has made big plays as a corner back making interceptions and returning some for touchdowns.

More news will come out once available.
