Utes lose another coach to Kansas State, and other Utah news

The University of Utah is losing another coach to Kansas State in offensive line coach in Charlie Dickey. Andy Ludwig is taking Dickey along to Kansas State to coach the same position. Dickey was a great coach that helped this offensive line produce to all conference selections this year and did a good job in his years in Salt Lake.

To fill out this article there is recruiting news that was found over at Block U who posted a story about Utah landing a Rivals four star defensive recruit in Latu Heimuli. Heimuli is ranked as the number one defensive tackle in stopping the run. He choose Utah over Florida in his final decision.
Also coming out of the article is that former NFL defensive line coach John Pease, appears to be coming to Utah and most likely coaching the same position next season.

Hmm, didn’t Utah lose some coach the last time Utah had a good season? I love the loyalty. At least ol’ Urban used a miracle season to propel his career to a good school!
