Interesting …I’m trying to figure out the rationale.
For instance, Ohio State has wins over nonD1 & MAC yet Vanderbilt has wins over BCS schools and isn’t listed.
Ohio State also has one loss, the same as ECU. The Pirates have more quality wins than the Buckeyes, yet they are bumped out.
