Craig Thompson Backtracks on interview comments.

Craig Thompson backtracks on his comments made with 1320 KFAN's David Locke on this 4 minute interview. This is interesting because Thompson says that 'The Mtn. never had a deal in place to put the channel within the state footprint." But he then adds that "they could if they pursued it." Just by listening to the initial 30 minute interview.
Thompson does not back track or hesitate on the initial statement about getting the tv deal on in the 7 states. Which leads me to believe that he was told by some higher up who was upset that he mentioned that the deal was able to be done or it will kill any future deals. This just makes me sick because Thompson is acting like a used cars salesman and has the hair to back it up. This is just another reason the conference needs a new commissioner.
